Squeak & Sweets, LLC an energetic, imaginative specialty pepper jelly company that offers high-quality, moderately priced jellies and chutneys with a savory and spicy flavor using locally sourced produce.
On a Mission
To establish Sweets N Squeak as the premier purveyor of the finest pepper jelly in the world and to provide our customers with the best tasting condiments that engage and delight the senses and compliment any meal.
Why We Buy Local: Community
As a women-owned small business, we understand how important it is to support other small businesses. This season, in the age of COVID-19, it's more important than ever to support the local businesses we love. We are using our platform to shine a light on small businesses in the Bay Area to encourage our friends and customers to Shop Small all holiday season long. One main reason is that locally owned businesses recycle a much larger share of their revenue back into the local economy, enriching the whole community.
We would be remiss if we didn't shout out our local farmers; they are crucial to our production. When food is grown locally, the consumer better understands how and where their food is being produced. This awareness encourages local farmers to use sustainable and safe practices, like not using pesticides or implementing less resource-intensive systems than commercial agriculture. Because our local farmers don't have the same transportation and distribution costs as large agricultural businesses, they get to retain more profits from their sales. Locally sourcing helps small farming businesses grow their business and become more successful.
Team
We are just two kids that grew up in the kitchen with vast culinary backgrounds. One watched & learned from the giant commercial kitchens her father managed & the other got the down-home love that can only be found in mom’s kitchen.

Co-founder of Sweets n Squeak and a Supervisor with Children and Family Services, an organization that provides services to children at risk for abuse and neglect.
Victoria considers herself an agent of change and holds a master’s degree in social work from Cal State San Bernardino.
Victoria began cooking at a young age, assisting her mother in making jelly and canning in their home kitchen. Victoria is exceptionally creative in the kitchen, exploring different flavor profile combinations, alternative cooking methods, and elevating simple comfort food dishes. Victoria has a passion for serving others, and it shows up in her professional life and the care she puts into her food.

Co-founder of Sweets n Squeak and a Director of Administration for Hamilton Families, a San Francisco nonprofit that works to house many of San Francisco’s most vulnerable residents.
Dawna holds a hybrid B.A. Political, Legal, Economic Analysis Degree from Mills College.
For more than a decade, Dawna has worked as an event planner, caterer doing various private and corporate events. Dawna has passion for creative marketing and design and coordinates the business and marketing for Squeak & Sweets.

Torian is the youngest member of Sweets n Squeak.
Torian has solid knowledge of website and marketing tools (e.g., Google, instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
Torian also has working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Throughout her high school career, Torian increased her skills in setting up and optimizing online sales campaigns on all major search engines.
